Hi, I'm Claudia Vera — a real estate professional with a passion for people, properties, and the pursuit of a great deal.
For more than 20 years, I've worn two hats I love equally: salesperson and business owner. That combination shaped how I work today — with the hustle of someone who knows every deal matters, and the perspective of someone who's built something from the ground up. Real estate is where those two worlds come together perfectly.
I work with two kinds of clients, and I'm grateful for both. Investors trust me to hunt down fixer-uppers with real potential — the kind of properties most people walk past, but I see for what they could become. There's nothing I enjoy more than the chase: digging through listings, walking neighborhoods, and finding the one that pencils out. Buyers come to me chasing one of the greatest American dreams there is — owning a home — and helping a family open the door to a place that's truly theirs never gets old. And for sellers, my job is simple: get you the absolute best the market will give.
I'm bilingual (English and Spanish / hablo español), so my clients always feel heard, understood, and well taken care of — whether we're talking through an offer, a renovation budget, or the emotion of buying a first home.
